Survivor. Movie Network, October 5, 2016. Music by Marco Beltrami. Soundtrack: "
Trivia: It is an English-language fantasy film directed by Alex Proyas and featuring ancient Egyptian deities. Filming took place in Australia under the American studio Summit Entertainment. While the film's production budget was $140 million, the parent company Lionsgate's financial exposure was less than $10 million due to tax incentives and pre-sales. The Australian government provided a tax credit for 46% of the film's budget. When Lionsgate began promoting the film in November 2015, it received backlash for its predominantly white cast playing Egyptian deities. In response, Lionsgate and director Proyas apologized for ethnically inaccurate casting. Lionsgate released Gods of Egypt in theaters globally starting on February 25, 2016 in 2D, RealD 3D, and IMAX 3D, and in the United States, Canada, and 68 other markets on February 26. The film was panned by critics and grossed a total of $147 million against a $140 million budget. Filming locations

New South Wales, Australia. Quote: Thoth: [his duplicates surround Horus] "I outnumber you!" Anachronisms: 1. Three pyramids were seen in the first landscape shot. However Osiris was supposed to be the first mythological pharaoh of Egypt. Moreover, the first pharaoh to have a perfectly shaped triangle for a pyramid was Sneferus, whose reign was estimated to be from around 2613 BC to 2589 BC, or the Fourth Age of the Old Kingdom. 2. Characters use a telescope, which was technology unknown until the Renaissance. Furthermore, if both lenses are convex, which they appear to be, it's a Newtonian telescope and should have produced an inverted image.

Trivia: It is an American comedy film directed by Stu Zicherman, based on a script by Zicherman and Ben Karlin, and starring Adam Scott, Amy Poehler, Jessica Alba and Jane Lynch. This is a semi-autobiographical film loosely based on co-writer/director Stu Zicherman's own experience as an Adult Child of Divorce (A.C.O.D.), one who also helped soothe the conflict between his divorced parents when his sibling got married.
In a scene Adam Scott's and Amy Poehler's character get in a fight and Adam Scott's character says: "Maybe in another we would have been friends." This could be seen as a reference to the comedy series they've both starred in for years, Parks and Recreation, as a couple in love.
There are testimonials from real-life A.C.O.D.'s during the end credits.

Trivia: It is an American biographical comedy-drama film, written and directed by David O. Russell[4] and starring Jennifer Lawrence as Joy Mangano, a self-made millionaire who created her own business empire. Mangano was a divorced mother with two children in the early 1990s when she invented the Miracle Mop and became an overnight success, after which she patented many other products, often selling on the Home Shopping Network and QVC. The film is a semi-fictional and inspirational portrayal of how Mangano overcame personal and professional obstacles to rise to the top. Joy received a wide theatrical release on December 25, 2015, and is distributed by 20th Century Fox. It earned mixed reviews from critics, who praised Lawrence's performance, but criticized the writing and pace of the film, particularly the first half. Lawrence received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress and won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her performance. Joy was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, among other accolades. Filming locations

It premiered in New York City on December 7, 2015 and was released in cinemas in the United States on December 11, 2015 by Warner Bros. Pictures. According to Ron Howard and the commentary on the film, to prepare for the role of starving sailors, the cast were on a diet of 500-800 calories a day to lose weight. Anachronism: Towards the end of the film, when 1st Mate Chase is walking up the dock in Nantucket after their ordeal at sea, we see him speaking while standing in front of some crates. Philips head screws are easily recognizable at the corners of the crates and not available in the 1820s.

Simmons, Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey Tambor and John Lithgow.
