Tall Downtown Dallas Building with green outline (Currently the Bank of America Building 901 Main Street) wasn't started until 1983, nor finished until 1985. 2. Downtown Dallas was a ghost town in 1981. No downtown homes had been built since the 1940s, office vacancy rates were high, most stores had closed in favor of suburban malls. 3. When Forrest leaves the bank after trying to pay off Jewel's mortgage, he is seen in an overhead shot. Truncated domes are visible on the sidewalk near the street crossing (the 2 yellow panels) The movie takes place in the early 1980s, and truncated domes were not required in the United States until the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991. They were practically non existent in the U.S. before then. 4. In one of the first scenes of the movie set in 1981, you can the green neon lighting outline of the Bank of America Plaza building in downtown Dallas. That building didn't open until 1985.

The Show Must Go On
Written by John Deacon, Brian May, Freddie Mercury, and Roger Taylor
Performed by Queen
Courtesy of Queen Productions Ltd for the World excluding USA & Canada / Hollywood Records, Inc. for USA & Canada. Anachronisms: 1. Paul Prenter was not fired as Freddie Mercury's manager until after the Live Aid concert not before as shown in the film. 2. The band is shown recording/releasing "We Will Rock You" in a scene set in 1980. This song was recorded/released on the News of the World LP in 1977, three years prior to this. 3. "Fat Bottomed Girls" is being performed on an American tour set prior to 1975. This song was not released until 1978, on the Jazz album, well after the release/recording of (the song) "Bohemian Rhapsody." 4. In a party scene at Freddie's house captioned LONDON 1980, the tune Superfreak by Rick James was playing in the background. This was not released until a year later, 1981. 5. Freddie Mercury changed the band name to Queen shortly after joining Smile and not during the recording of the first album 2 years later. 6. The incident where Freddie broke his microphone stand and created his signature microphone prop did not happen in his first gig in real life, but much later in Queen's early career. 7. The movie shows a Rio gig in 77. In fact, Queen played for the first time in Brazil at Morumbi Stadium, São Paulo, on 20th and 21st March 1981. The audio played in the movie scene is from that concert. Later, Queen played in Rock in Rio 85. Queen never toured South America until the 80s. 8. Freddie is shown listening Montserrat Caballé's 1972 record of "Signore ascolta" (from Turandot opera) in 1970. 9. When Freddie Mercury is working as baggage handler at Heathrow Airport, a TWA Boeing 747 can be seen clearly with the famous two stripe logo. However the scene took place in 1970 and TWA two stripe logo was not introduced until 1975, which is five years after the scene took place. 10. During the U.S. tour montage scenes, the tour bus uses the 1990s Queen logo. 11. Freddie is shown phoning Mary in the 1970s using a "touch tone" DTMF phone (known as MF4 in the UK). DTMF capable exchanges were not installed in the UK until the late 1980s, certainly after "Live Aid" happened. Freddie would have had to enter the number on a rotary dial, or on a Loop Disconnect capable push button phone, such as a "Trimphone". 12. When showing the gold and silver discs in the EMI office, when the camera pans over a copy of News Of The World it clearly shows the Virgin Records logo on it making it a recent re-issue rather than an original EMI issue. 13. Seven Seas of Rhye was never recorded during the Smile period and didn't have vocals at the time they released the first album, the version with vocals was recorded for the second album. 14. In the Smile gig in 1970, Roger Taylor is seen playing a Sonor HiLite drum kit (clearly visible from its badges), a drum kit that wasn't manufactured until the 1990s. 15. The film depicts Freddie Mercury meeting Jim Hutton (his future partner) when Hutton worked as a cater-waiter at his house in 1980. But according to Hutton himself, he and Freddie Mercury met in a London nightclub a couple of years after this. 16. The shot of Munich's skyline introducing Freddie's time there in 1984 clearly shows the Central Tower rising behind the iconic twin domes of the Dom Cathedral. The Central Tower wasn't part of Munich's skyline until it was built in 2002, sixteen years later. 17. When the band are discussing a possible release of Bohemian Rhapsody as a single, one of them points at a gold disc for Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album. The disc shown has a logo of the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America), thus making it a gold disc for sales in the US. However, during the 1970s, Pink Floyd's American releases were issued by Columbia Records. Even if it had been a gold disc for UK sales it wouldn't have been the correct one, as Dark Side of the Moon was issued on the Harvest label, a subsidiary of EMI Records at the time. 18. A closeup of the Live-Aid audience shows a man wearing a Milwaukee Brewers hat with their 'M and barley' logo. The logo became their official logo in 2018 and was their alternate logo since 2000. 19. When John Deacon plays the bass line for "Another One Bites the Dust" for the first time, he is seen playing a music man StingRay bass. Deacon did really play this model at the time, but the film shows a StingRay bass with a trussrod-adjustment wheel at the heel of the neck, which was introduced in 1990, ten years after the scene was supposed to be shot. 20. While recording their first demo, there is a shot on a multi track machine with one spool called Emtec Studio Master 911. Company Emtec existed from 2004. 21. Roger Taylor using Zildjian A Custom Hi Hats at Live Aid - he used K series Hi-Hats. Zildjian A Custom cymbal products did not exist before 1993. 22. After Bohemian Rhapsody is recorded, the film shows one of the first live performances of the show with text listed as Edinburgh 1976. There are two dominant errors within this scene. The first error is the overall setting of the performance since the band are depicted in the era when New Of The World from '1977' was released which is confirmed by the outfits matching that specific era. The second error is Edinburgh 1976 was a real concert during the Summer Gigs Tour from 1976 a few months after the A Night At The Opera tour had finished in Australia and a full year before the News Of The World ever occurred. 23. When Freddie is recording material for his solo album there is a shot of a handful of musicians standing in a recording both. One of them is wielding a keytar (a keyboard that is worn around the neck like a guitar). This particular model, from the Roland AX series, was not in production until the early 1990s. 24. John Deacon (Joseph Mazzello) is shown playing bass at the first Queen concert in 1970, but in reality he was the fourth bassist they tried and he didn't enter the picture until 1971. He is shown playing "Keep Yourself Alive" at the first show, which was indeed an early original tune in their repertoire. 25. When Freddie is looking through the telephone directory for Jim Hutton, the text is incorrect for the London directories of the times; furthermore, when Freddie looked down the long list of "Jim Hutton" entries, these would almost certainly be under the full name "James Hutton" . 26. When Freddie is looking through the London phone book for Jim Hutton's number, it lists phone numbers as starting '01 7946 xxxx', however, back in the 70s/80s, the format would've been 01 xxx xxxx (before the London number change from 01 became 071/081 and then 0171/0181 before finally becoming 020 7/8). 27. The Boeing 747 seen landing is a later model, using later engines. The distinctive cones from the Pratt & Whitney JT9D engines are missing. 28. Kenny Everett is shown with a full beard and moustache. At the time he worked at Capital Radio, he had a low trimmed beard and no moustache. 29. A train going past Live Aid appears to be in First Group livery. At the time all UK trains were in British Rail livery. First Group did not start operating UK rail services until 1997. 30. When the band are in the studio for the first time making their first recording, several gold and platinum discs can be seen hanging on the wall. All discs have the EMI label. However, this label wasn't introduced until early 1973, while these recordings took place during (or even before) 1972. 31. In the rehearsal space scene for "Another one bites the dust", you can clearly see the drum kit sitting on top of a drum-riser made out of aluminium Litedeck. The scene was set 10 years before litedeck was available. Back then it would have been much much heavier steeldeck. 32. In one scene, an ill Freddie coughs into his right elbow while walking. This "vampire cough" (and similar "vampire sneeze" or "Dracula sneeze") technique of covering your mouth with your elbow did not come into common knowledge and use until the early 2000s, when it was publicized by the Centers for Disease Control and Britain's National Health Service during the Influenza A (H1N1) flu outbreak as a means of shielding others from germ transmission while keeping your hands clean. 33. At one point we see a New Routemaster, originally referred to as the New Bus for London, driving over Hammersmith Bridge. These buses were introduced from 2011. They are also known as the Boris Bus or Borismaster after the then Mayor of London. 34. London 1970, Freddie unloading an airplane shows a McDonald-Douglas DC-10 in the far distance (above the blue car). The first commercial DC-10 was delivered in August 1971. 35. Freddie's Rolls Royce has a P registration suffix but uses black and silver registration plates. This would have been illegal in period as reflective plates became compulsory on new cars from P onward. 36. When Queen is recording Bohemian Rhapsody, the guitar solo is being recorded on a Shure SM7B microphone, which was released in 2009. 37. Freddie is shown to have gone to a clinic and been diagnosed with AIDS weeks before Live Aid in 1985, giving him extra incentive to do the performance. In truth, he was never officially diagnosed until 1987. 38. When Freddie fires John Reid, Freddie pushes Reid out of a 1985-1989 Lincoln Town Car limousine (identifiable by the rounded taillights). However, Reid left Queen in 1978.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. 2018, Starring Shameik Moore as Miles Morales / Spider-Man,
Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker / Spider-Man:
Miles's reluctant mentor,[9] a disheveled, jaded and brown-haired 38-year-old counterpart of the hero from another dimension.[10] He is intended to be an amalgamation of all pop culture Spider-Man adaptations and interpretations, and Lord and Miller envisioned him to be like The Karate Kid's Mr. Miyagi, if "Mr. Miyagi doesn't know anything" which they thought was a "really neat color to put onto Peter that we hadn't seen before".[8]
Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman: A dimension-displaced counterpart of Gwen Stacy with spider-like abilities, who takes up the alias of "Gwanda" while at Miles' school.[11]
Mahershala Ali as Aaron Davis / Prowler: Miles's uncle, who moonlights as an enforcer for Wilson Fisk.[12]
Brian Tyree Henry as Jefferson Davis:
Miles's father, a police officer, who initially views Spider-Man as a menace.[12] At the age of 35, Henry said he was too young to portray a father of a teenager, but agreed to the role after learning that Miles Morales was the only black, Latino Spider-Man.[4]
Lily Tomlin as Aunt May: Peter's aunt, who is dead in Peter B. Parker's universe, and provides refuge for the other Spider-People in Miles' universe.[11]
Luna Lauren Velez as Rio Morales: Miles's mother, a nurse.[11]
Zoë Kravitz as Mary Jane Watson: Peter Parker's widowed wife in Miles' universe and Peter B. Parker's ex-wife in his universe.
John Mulaney as Peter Porker / Spider-Ham: An alternate funny animal version of Spider-Man from an anthropomorphic universe, who was once a spider, bitten by a radioactive pig.[13][14]
Kimiko Glenn as Peni Parker / SP//dr:
A young Japanese-American girl from an alternative anime-like universe who co-pilots a biomechanical suit with a radioactive spider that she shares a telepathic link with.[14] The filmmakers initially considered using Silk as their Asian-American Spider-Man, but eventually settled on Peni because of her more unique power set compared to the other Spider-People.[15] Peni's designs went through a few iterations as her initial design was particularly "iffy" before producer Justin Thompson came up with the idea to portray her in an art style similar to that of Sailor Moon, aside that Phil Lord and Christopher Miller wanted to go full anime in terms of her design.[16]
Nicolas Cage as Peter Parker / Spider-Man Noir:
A dark and monochromatic alternate version of Peter Parker from a 1930s universe.[17] Cage based his character on the films of Humphrey Bogart, specifically the voices of actors from that era such as James Cagney and Edward G. Robinson.[18]
Kathryn Hahn as Olivia "Liv" Octavius / Doctor Octopus: Head scientist and CEO of Alchemax, and scientific adviser to Wilson Fisk.
Liev Schreiber as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin: A crime lord and the benefactor of Alchemax in Miles's dimension.[6][11]
Additional voices for the film include: Chris Pine as Peter Parker / Spider-Man (the blond-haired version from the beginning of the film), Lake Bell as Vanessa Fisk, Jorma Taccone as Norman Osborn / Green Goblin,[19] Marvin Jones III as Tombstone,[20] Joaquín Cosío as Scorpion,[21] and Post Malone (who contributed to the film's soundtrack) as a bystander in Brooklyn.[22][19] An archival recording of Cliff Robertson from the 2004 film Spider-Man 2 was used for a flashback scene involving the character Ben Parker. Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee appears in a posthumous cameo, as a character named Stan who sells a Spider-Man costume to Morales. Lord and Miller said it was important to give Lee a bigger moment in the film rather than just a passing cameo, because he was "so integral to the spirit of this movie", and the role was "extra meaningful" following Lee's death in November 2018.[8][23] Lee also has several brief "Easter egg" cameos throughout the film, such as when he walks over Miles and Peter B. when they are lying on the streets of New York.[24][25]
Cameos during the film's post-credits include: Oscar Isaac as Miguel O'Hara / Spider-Man 2099, an alternative version of Spider-Man from the Marvel 2099 Imprint;[26] Greta Lee as O'Hara's AI assistant Lyla (both of whom are credited as Interesting Person #1 and Interesting Person #2); and Jorma Taccone as the Peter Parker / Spider-Man from the 1967 TV series (replacing Paul Soles, with the character being credited as Last Dude).[27] Stan Lee also voices Peter Parker's boss J. Jonah Jameson during that same scene (replacing the late Paul Kligman), something that actually accomplishes Lee's wishes to portray that character since the eighties due to Jameson being based on Lee himself, and marking the third and last time Lee played a character he created after his appearance as Willie Lumpkin in the 2005 film Fantastic Four and as Irving Forbush in Marvel Cinematic Universe television series.[28] Donald Glover also appears in a background TV screen as Troy Barnes in Spider-Man pajamas. Christopher Abbott as Dave Scott, who flew with Armstrong on the Gemini 8 mission.
Ciarán Hinds as Bob Gilruth, the first director of NASA's Manned Spacecraft Center.
Olivia Hamilton as Pat White, Ed's wife.
Pablo Schreiber as Jim Lovell, Gemini astronaut and backup commander on Armstrong's Apollo 11 mission.
Shea Whigham as Gus Grissom, one of the original Mercury Seven astronauts. He was killed during a pre-launch test for Apollo 1, which was to be the first crewed Apollo mission.
Lukas Haas as Mike Collins, the Command Module Pilot for Apollo 11, who also flew on Gemini 10.
Ethan Embry as Pete Conrad, Pilot of Gemini 5 and backup commander for Gemini 8.
Brian d'Arcy James as Joe Walker, Armstrong's fellow X-15 test pilot who became the seventh man in space by taking that plane into space twice.
Cory Michael Smith as Roger Chaffee, capsule communicator for the Gemini 3 and Gemini 4 missions, and the third crew member who was killed with Grissom and White in the Apollo 1 pre-launch test.

Whitey on the Moon
Written by Gil Scott-Heron
Performed by Leon Bridges
Leon Bridges appears courtesy of Columbia Records. Anachronisms: 1. During the launch scene for Apollo 11, during the aerial shot of Cape Canaveral (then known as Cape Kennedy) from out over the Atlantic, the Shuttle Landing Facility is clearly visible in the background. The SLF was not constructed until 1974. 2. The exterior view of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) has the USA flag painted on the side of the building. This was not present during the Apollo Era. This painting was completed in 1976 for the country's Bicentennial. 3. The X-15 flight depicted in the film where the aircraft bounces back out of the atmosphere occurred on April 20, 1962 not in 1961 as shown in the movie. 4. In the beginning of the movie, supposedly taking place in 1961, Armstrong is studying a medical book that contains a picture of a brain MRI. MRI technology was not developed until the 1970's. 5. The performance of Gil Scott-Heron's "Whitey on the Moon" is presented as taking place before the 1969 landing, but the song was not released until 1970. 6. The 8-track cartridge of the Oklahoma soundtrack is clearly not new, but has a peeling label and is clearly showing its 50-year-old state. 7. By 1966 the Davy Crockett coonskin cap fad had run its course, with the Fess Parker Crockett series on the Disney television show having been aired more than ten years earlier. By the mid-sixties no kid would own a coonskin cap, much less have the nerve to wear one. 8. In the Houston control room scene (March 16, 1966), the chopsticks in the Chinese food takeout box are too new a design with the "splitting end" to indicates that the chopsticks were brand new at the time of filming.

Hello
Written by Porter Robinson, Richard Billis and Sue Cho (as Susan Cho)
Performed by Porter Robinson & Lazy Rich featuring Sue Cho
Courtesy of Big Fish Recordings and Sirup Music. Quote: Anthony: "Hey, man, will you take a candid of me real quick?" Specialist Alek Skarlatos: "You know its not a candid if you ask me to take it, right?" Anachronisms: 1. When the three heroes are 12-year-olds in middle school, the movie says it's taking place in 2005. Cut to when they've enlisted, presumably in 2014 or 2015, and a scene shows them watching a real Cal-Tenn college football game. One guy screams "Come on Marshawn!" and they discuss how Cal RB Marshawn Lynch should get the ball more. Marshawn Lynch played his last college game for Cal in 2006. 2. A flashback is set in 2005, but a poster for "Letters from Iwo Jima" is seen. The movie came out in December 2006. Materials for the film came out late in 2006, so in reality no items from the film would be available in 2005.

By arrangement with Steel Synch. Anachronisms: 1. The climax involves Queen Victoria aboard the Titanic. She died in 1901. The Titanic was ordered in 1908 and made its first voyage in 1912. 2. The film is set during Queen Victoria's reign, but most of the ladies on the Titanic wear Edwardian ball gowns. 3.During the hexagon fight sequence Holmes and Watson discuss winning the fight against syphilis in Istanbul. In their era the city was named Constantinople. 4. At the end of the film, Moriarty is seen to have fled to Wyoming Territory, USA, where he is tracked down by Holmes and Watson. The film is set the year the Titanic made its maiden voyage, 1912, and Wyoming became a state in 1890. 5. The film has several deliberate anachronisms, such as the music and "the selfie" with the Queen. Quote: Watson: What a perfect day for a picnic at London's greatest spectacle, the Anglo-American Exhibition, a celebration of that special relationship between our nation and yours.
Dr. Grace Hart: Yes, such a special relationship between these two nations. Although, I could never live in a country with an unelected ruler, like the Queen.
Watson: [scoffs] Whyever not?
Dr. Grace Hart: In America we have democracy. Our president is a person our people have all chosen, an assurance that only the finest and most qualified man will lead, not a wealthy tyrant who cares for nothing but himself.
Watson: But you have the electoral college, which surely would prevent some trumped-up charlatan from gaining power.
Dr. Grace Hart: Not always, unfortunately.
Holmes: It would be great to have a strong businessman.
Watson: But a showman as well. I love a good show.
Holmes: America. We gave you your freedom and now look what you've done with it.
