Anachronisms:

The Gene Kelly version of The Three Musketeers is shown to have been playing in the movie theater that Ed worked at on the day that he met Lorraine. This movie came out in 1948, while in real life Ed and Lorraine got married in 1945.
When Ed and Lorraine are attempting to convince the lawyer to represent Arne, there are several books visible on the shelf behind them. One is obviously "Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell" Published in 2004 it would have taken a heap of magic to get a copy back in 1981.
When Ed had his heart attack the doctor told then they have to put a stent into the artery. Doctors were not placing stents, much less balloon angiography in 1981. The treatment would've been major open heart by-pass surgery.
When Ed Warren (Patrick Wilson) has a heart attack, Loraine (Vera Farmiga) instructs someone to call 911. Considering they were in Brookville, Conn, it is unlikely 911 services were available to such a rural area at that time. Chicago suburbs finally got access to 911 in 1981 (the same year the movie took place). Moreover, at that time not even 50 percent of the U.S.A. had access to 911 services and those areas were only urban and suburban.

Anachronisms:

When Marguerite's dowry is discussed, she's seen petting a Boston terrier. Boston terriers didn't exist until almost 500 years later and originated, as the name suggests, in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, in the late 1800s.
During the trial, the judge tells Marguerite that her body could burn for 20 to 30 minutes until she is dead. It was not common in the 14th century to divide the hour in minutes. This started by the end of the 16th century, when watches displayed minutes. By the end of the 14th century, it was more common to divide the hour in halves or quarters. So the judge should have said that death would occur after a quarter to a half-hour of burning.
The crowd shouts, cheers, and gasps during the duel. This feels completely believable, but in real life trials by combat (including the one depicted in the film) actually took place in absolute silence, as any spectator making noise or otherwise disturbing the judicial duel was punishable by death.
The countryside is shown divided into medium-sized squarish fields, separated by hedgerows and ditches. These didn't really exist until the 18th century, when the enclosure movement led to the subdivision of communal land and large estates. In the middle ages, the countryside consisted mostly of large open fields.

The term "the little death," as used by the court in Marguerite de Carrouges' testimony, would not have been used at that time.
The "little death" is mentioned several times in this movie. La petite mort is an expression which means "the brief loss or weakening of consciousness" and modernly is used for the "sensation of post orgasm as likened to death". Although this story plays in the 14th century, the earliest written attested use in English was in 1572.
None of the dog breeds shown existed during the period the film is set. For example, Borzois which were not bred until the 17th Century in Russia appear in chapter 1. Other breeds include the Whippet, the Border Collie and the Fox Hound.
Large panes of glass are visible in the courtyard when Matt Damon's character returns to the castle after the ambush in chapter 1. Glass processes for large single panes were not created until the 17th Century.
When the characters speak French or German, they are clearly speaking the modern versions of those languages, and not the 14th-century equivalent. Most notably, they roll their R's (a voiced uvular fricative), which was not done until the late 18th century, whereas medieval French speakers pronounced R's as an alveolar trill, as speakers of Italian still do.
Marguerite de Carrouges (Jodie Comer) wears her hair down in nearly all her scenes. As a married noblewoman in the 14th Century, she would have been expected to have her hair covered when in public.
In several scenes, Jean is seen wearing a wedding ring. A man in the Middle Ages would not wear one. It was not until the mid-1900's when it became common for men to do so.

A couple of times the film shows the cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris apparently under construction: although the cathedral was largely completed by 1270, over a century before the film is set, in the 14th century the flying buttresses that support the building's weight were being replaced by stronger versions, and medieval cathedrals were often being modified or refurbished long after their completion. However, what is erroneous is that the cathedral is shown as bare gray stone, as it is today - in the Middle Ages it would have been painted in bright colors.

Marguerite is shown to have shaved armpits and legs, something quite unrealistic for a Frenchwoman living in the 14th Century.

Anachronism:

At 54 minutes Janet is putting newspaper cuttings on the wall of the bar where she works. One mentions Dream Alliance finishing third at Ffos Las.....Ffos Las wasn't built until 2009, well after Dream Alliance's career started.
