Trivia: It is an American Western comedy film directed by Frank Coraci and written by Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler. The film was released worldwide on Netflix on December 11, 2015. On January 6, 2016, Netflix announced that the film had been viewed more times in 30 days than any other movie in Netflix history. The film currently holds a rare 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 33 reviews, with an average rating of 2.4/10. Set in 1875.
Quote: Mark Twain: "15 large. Are you sure General Custard can swing that?" General George Custer: "It's Custer, not "Custard." There is no "D." I'm not a dessert." Anachronisms: 1. Ramon describes tacos to his brother Pete as having crispy shells. Hard-shell tacos were invented in the late 1940s. 2. General Custer died in 1876. The Prince and the Pauper was published in 1881. 3. Abraham Lincoln was shot April 14,1865, and died the next day. According to the movie Danny was his bodyguard at the time. Peanut butter was patented in 1884. Unless Danny has not aged in 19 years, peanut butter should not exist in the movie's time frame. 4. Little Pete eats an ice cream cone, which was invented at the 1904 World's Fair in Saint Louis, Missouri. 5. General Custer and Mark Twain talk about the Sequel to Tom Sawyer, "Hucklebury Finn", but that book wasn't even written until 1885, ten years after this movie's time-line, and nine years after Custer's death. In 1875 "Tom Sawyer" hadn't even been published yet ... that wasn't until 1876. (As well as that, Samuel L. Clemens (aka Mark Twain) was only 40 years old in 1875, and still had brown hair.)

Trivia: It is an American dark fantasy action adventure film based on characters from the German fairy tale "Snow White" compiled by the Brothers Grimm, as well as "The Snow Queen" by Hans Christian Andersen. Both a prequel and sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman, the film takes place before and after the events of the first film. The film is written by Craig Mazin and Evan Spiliotopoulos and is the directorial debut of Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, who acted as visual effects supervisor on the first film. Reprising their roles from the first film, the cast includes Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Nick Frost and Sam Claflin. The film also introduced new characters played by actors including Emily Blunt, Rob Brydon and Jessica Chastain. The film premiered in Hamburg on March 29, 2016, and was released in the United States on April 22, 2016. It received generally negative reviews from critics and was a box office disappointment, grossing just $164 million worldwide against a $115 million budget. Filming locations:

Trivia: It is an American horror film directed by James Wan and written by Carey Hayes, Chad Hayes, Wan and David Leslie Johnson. It is the sequel to the 2013 film The Conjuring, and is the second installment in The Conjuring film series and the third in the franchise. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as paranormal investigators and authors Ed and Lorraine Warren from the first film. The film follows the Warrens as they travel to Britain to assist the Hodgson family, who are experiencing poltergeist activity at their Brimsdown, Enfield council house in 1977 which later became referred to as the Enfield Poltergeist. The Conjuring 2 was released in North America on June 10, 2016. The film received generally positive reviews from critics and has grossed over $320 million worldwide. A spin-off film titled The Nun is currently in development, with Wan and Safran set to produce. Filming locations

Marylebone Station, Marylebone, London, England, UK. Anachronisms: 1. When Ed and Grosse walk to their car, the rest of the foreground from the 1970s depiction of England shows a couple recent modeled cars driving by. 2. During the establishing shots of London the song London Calling by The Clash is heard. The film is set in the year 1977 but this song was not released until December 1979.
3. In the montage of London shots at the start of the film, the shot of Trafalgar Square clearly shows it filled with modern cars and buses. 4. In the hallway scene after the girl ties herself to the bed and wakes to the door banging, she opens the door and calls out in the hallway. The next shot with the board games on the bookcase, the game Bonkers can be clearly seen, however the game was not released until 1978 a year after the film is set. 5. The registration plate of the white Ford Cortina estate car is shown as HN08EHX which would mean it was first registered in the first half of 2008, though the film takes place in 1977. Strange that they didn't use it's actual plate as it clearly is a 1970s car. 6. When we first see England in the year 1977, the Hollies' pop hit "Bus Stop" is heard. That song was released in 1966 and would not have been part of the sound or mood of the late 1970s. 7. Just like the Conjuring, the movie shows the Warrens' young daughter. However their daughter was born during WWII and would have been a grown adult by then, not a pre-teenager as shown in the film.

Quotes: 1. Bob Stone: "You're like a black Will Smith." 2. Bob Stone: "You're like a snack-sized Denzel." Anachronism: The math club signs and posters from 1996 are still hanging in the school hallway 20 years later untouched. No wear and tear, no fading.

Trivia: It is a comedy-drama film directed, written and co-scored by Tom Tykwer, based on the 2012 novel of the same name written by Dave Eggers, and starring Tom Hanks as a washed-up corporate salesman, who goes to Saudi Arabia to propose a business deal. Sidse Babett Knudsen, Tom Skerritt and Sarita Choudhury also star in this international co-production between the United States, Germany, and Mexico. The film was released on April 22, 2016, by Lionsgate, Roadside Attractions and Saban Films. It received positive reviews but was a box-office flop, becoming the lowest-grossing film to feature Tom Hanks in top billing since Every Time We Say Goodbye in 1986. Filming locations:

Boston, Massachusetts, USA (some exteriors). Anachronisms: 1. The passport stamp shows 09-25-2010 as entry date, however the visa on the next page has an issuance date of 07/09/2014, so 4 years later. Also, the stamp doesn't have the right design. 2. The first time Tom Hanks wakes up late in his hotel in KSA, there's a Muslim prayer call (Adhan) heard in the background. However, his bedside alarm clock shows it's after 9:00 am, and no Muslim prayers occur in that time.
